Seabeck Conference Center has a variety of different housing options for your group. Many of the buildings on our campus are homes from the early 1900's and we have some that were built in 2012. Each building has it's own charm and rustic appeal, whether it's an old building

or one of the new ones. 

Pines (completion date June 2020)

We will begin construction on this beautiful new building in September 2019. It will have 20 rooms with private bathrooms in each of the rooms and two meeting rooms. There will be a warming kitchen, laundry, and elevator. All rooms will be handicap accessible from each floor. Pictures will be posted here when the building is ready.

Huckleberry

Built in 2012. This two-story lodge has 8 rooms, 4 of which are handicapped accessible. Each room has two twin beds. With advanced notice, we can have a king bed made for you upon arrival. The rooms also have a small desk and a ceiling fan. Two rooms on each floor have a connecting door between them, making it ideal for families. Each room has a private bath and independent room heating. There is a cozy lounge on the first floor that seats up to 16 people, a cathedral ceiling and a porch with rocking chairs for enjoying the view.

Salal

Built in 2012. This two-story lodge has 8 rooms, 4 of which are handicapped accessible. Each room has two twin beds. Spruce

Built in 1968. A two-story unit with 13 sleeping rooms and a large carpeted meeting room. 12 rooms have three beds each, while one room on the meeting room level is wheelchair accessible and has two beds. All rooms feature private bathrooms. The meeting room seats 40 people and has a wood stove, small refrigerator, and microwave. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen tv that can be used with computers or DVD players.

Historic Inn

Built in 1869, this vintage hotel contains the center's offices, lodging areas, and dining room. The lobby is a comfortable public area available to all guests with a large stone fireplace, bathrooms, and coffee service available 24 hours a day. The second floor features 10 rooms with 18 beds. Two rooms have private baths and the others share two large baths. Three rooms have sinks.

Annex

Down a hallway from the Inn, the Annex has 12 single

occupancy rooms and two shared bathrooms.

Inn #100

This handicap accessible room is off the Inn Lobby with easy access to the dining room. There are 2 twin beds and a barrier free shower.

Reeser

Built in 1914 and moved to Seabeck in 1988. This three-story house is a favorite of both guests and staff. Reeser House has historical charm in every room and the best views of the Hood Canal and the Olympic Mountains.  Due to guest donations, we have been able to renovate several rooms, including new furniture and décor. It has eight sleeping rooms and a total of 14 beds and four bathrooms. One room on the second floor has a queen bed and private bathroom. Two carpeted meeting rooms are found within the building.

Maples

Built in 1958. A single story unit with 8 sleeping rooms.  Each room has two single beds and ceiling fans.  Two shared bathrooms are centrally located in the building with an outside access.  There is an intimate meeting area attached to the south end of the building that accommodates up to 25 people, has a gas fireplace and a large outdoor patio.

Firs

Built in 1928. A single story building on the north end of the conference grounds with five sleeping rooms and carpeted meeting area. Each room has two single beds and one double bed and a ceiling fan.  Two shared bathrooms are located within the unit. Firs is ideal for families with small children. The meeting room accommodates up to 25 people and has a piano.

Cedars

Built in 1864. This two story house has 8 sleeping rooms with 22 single beds, 4 double beds, and two shared bathrooms. The house is located in a quiet corner of the campus.

Hemlock

Built in 1856. This two story house has 5 sleeping rooms with 15 single beds and one double bed. There are two shared bathrooms. Hemlock’s first floor is handicap accessible with a large bathroom. There are sinks in rooms 3, 4 and 5. There is a small playground right in front of Hemlock, which is ideal if you have small children.

Madrona

Built in 1856. This two story house has 4 sleeping rooms with 10 single beds and two double beds. There are 2 rooms with private bath and 2 rooms with shared bath. Madrona is conveniently located close to the Inn and Dining Room.
