All rates
quoted are based on the American Plan.
Individual meals may not be
deducted from the American Plan. A group may arrange to
have a meal deducted at an applicable deletion rate.
§
Rates include
lodging, towels, washcloths, soap, bed linens, blankets, pillows, meals,
meeting space(s), use of audio/visual equipment (except digital
projector at $25 per day), and the use of the grounds and facilities.
§
Rates are based
on double occupancy of multiple occupancy rooms. An additional
$20.00
per
night will be
charged for single occupancy of multiple occupancy rooms.
§
Rates include
the entire period between the group CHECK IN time and the CHECK OUT time
as contracted with SEABECK. Planned early arrival or late
departure times must be arranged with SEABECK in advance and may involve
additional fees.
§
Coffee/tea
services are available at $.50 per person per service.
§
Senior citizen
groups receive a discount of 10% during the off season Monday-Friday.
§
Special rates
are available for Outdoor Education programs during the week under
specific requirements.
